What this is

NotePush is a hospice documentation tool in active beta. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't.

Not medical advice

NotePush helps clinicians document. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, or replace clinical judgment. The clinician using NotePush is responsible for the content they sign and submit to any EMR or clinical record.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and using NotePush for a lawful purpose. Healthcare professionals using the Pro tier must be appropriately licensed.

No PHI on the free tier

The free tier of NotePush is intended for synthetic patient data only. Do not enter real patient health information into the free tier. The Pro tier — when launched — will be appropriate for real PHI under signed Business Associate Agreements.

Acceptable use

No attempts to reverse-engineer the service or bypass authentication.
No automated scraping or aggressive load.
No use that violates HIPAA, state privacy laws, or your employer's policies.

Beta service

NotePush is provided as-is during beta. Features can change, break, or disappear without notice. We'll do our best to give warning, but no warranty is implied.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account that violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NotePush's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months. The free tier has no money paid; the liability is therefore nominal.
