Using NotePush
By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. NotePush is intended for licensed hospice and home-health clinicians and the agencies that employ them. If you're using it on behalf of an agency, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for that agency.
It's a tool, not a clinician
NotePush does not practice medicine and does not give medical advice. It helps you document care you decided to provide. You remain fully responsible for the accuracy of every note and for the clinical and billing judgments behind it.
Eligibility worksheets and audit scores are decision support, not a guarantee of coverage. A determination of “eligibility supported” reflects what your chart shows against the CMS LCDs — it is not a promise that any payer will reimburse.
Synthetic & real data
The free tier operates on synthetic patients only. You agree not to enter real protected health information into a free synthetic account. Real-patient mode unlocks under the Pro plan once a BAA is signed for your account or agency.

Your account
- Keep your login credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- One person per clinician seat — don't share a real-patient login across nurses.
- Tell us promptly at security@notepush.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans & billing
The Free plan is free, forever, on synthetic patients. Pro is $29 per month for each nurse charting real patients, billed monthly, and you're not charged until you switch real-patient mode on. Agency pricing is custom and set in your order.
You can stop paying by ceasing real-patient use or cancelling; access continues through the period you've paid for. Fees already incurred aren't refundable except where the law requires.
Acceptable use
Don't use NotePush to break the law, to falsify documentation, or to fabricate clinical findings. The product is built to trace notes to charted factsprecisely so the record stays honest — please use it that way. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the service.
Who owns what
Your content is yours.The charts and notes you create belong to you (or your agency). NotePush — the software, design, and brand — belongs to us. White-label customers license our software to present under their own brand; they don't acquire the underlying platform.
Warranty & liability
While in beta, NotePush is provided “as is.”We work hard to make it accurate and available, but we can't warrant it's error-free or that any note will pass any specific audit. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Nothing here limits liability that genuinely can't be limited by law.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product grows — materially, we'll give notice before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the update. Questions go to hello@notepush.com.
